This place was everything and a little more that i was expecting.

The revel room is a great place for cocktails and live music. The staff are super friendly and the location is great. The food and drinks are a little overpriced for what you get but all in all. Come here for the best pecan pie you ve ever had in your life.

Easily runs a full lyra class and pole class simtaneously and they still have a private studio in back. Chris the chef did an outstanding job. The drinks are made properly the spirits list is solid and i not dizzy from seeing 26 college flags draped inside the space. The revel room has a gorgeous dining room the place is situated between brick walls that date back to the great fire in 1886.

The decor is wonderful and cozy this is definitely a great place to go for drinks and to enjoy the atmosphere. I can t say i was wowed by the food it was good don t get me wrong. The revel room is a nice surprise for the milwaukee ave stretch of bars that seem to be clichés of sport irish frat bars emerging on a once cool scene. The grilled octopus appetizer was amazing.

I was last at the revel room just under a year ago and i don t see what i had then on the menu anymore. Listening to doing pianos tonight was fun. Our experience at the revel room was fantastic. I came here on a saturday evening so the place was buzzing you might have to raise your voice a bit to converse.

I really like revel room it s a great place to nip in for a drink even on the weekend it doesn t tend to get nuts on a friday or saturday night. Also everything is better with floor to ceiling led lighting doing a rainbow flow around you as you spin haha. I ve definitely had worse. We also had the jambalaya which was outstanding as well. The room is also a nice surprise from the other cliches. Went in wednesday night at 5pm for an early dinner before a yelp event involving boardgames in the upstairs dining area.

I listened to the advice of other yelp reviews and made a reservation i also highly recommend this if. Having never been there before and only going on reviews and pictures i figured i go with my gut instinct to accommodate my friends. It s a okay in my books. Which is a good reminder to myself that reviews are really outdated after a year and even sooner for newer restaurants.
